The opportunity we have available is for an knowledgeable craftsmen or craftswoman who shares the same vision of customer satisfaction and quality of work that we do. The craftsman or craftswoman selected to be a part of our growing team will:
1. Care about your craft and always hold quality first
2. Be customer centric and be comfortable working with and building relationships with clients
3. Be innovative! We all know that there are no guarantees to what’s behind a wall or under a floor, you need to be crafty and think on your feet to solve problems that arise.
4. Be able to
1. Remodel a bathroom from top to bottom
2. New drywall hanging and drywall repairs
3. Install a tile shower, tile floor, LVP
4. Change a faucet and valves
5. Be physically capable
7. Pull and manage a permit
8. Provide guidance and teach a helper
9. Uphold the standards of local code requirements
5. Be able to follow through on a promise, if you say you will do something, do it.
6. Detail Obsessed
