Bee’s Contracting & Remodeling was asked to divide a single bathroom into two bathrooms completely remodeling the space and increasing the value of the home exponentially.

The space was completely gutted down to the studs, while preparing to frame out the new spaces it came to our attention the dormer above the bathroom was never supported appropriately and was sagging the roofline nearly 3 inches. Our senior carpenter Michael Lewis, solved the issue by installing 2 sets of double LVL beams, bringing the roofline back up nearly 2 inches and solving an issue that would have caused major architectural disruption.

We also built out a laundry nook and configured the mechanicals for a “ventless washer and dryer”.
