Bee’s Contracting & Remodeling was asked to build a bug free, mosquito free living space in Burlington CT. The conversation originally started as a simple saltbox roof style screened in area and quickly advanced to a more robust solution.

The main framing was built as a timber style frame allowing for the most visually appealing view from inside the pavilion. We used ABS metal roofing panels for the roof and painted the inside of the metal roofing white as the client requested we leave the ceiling vaulted for maximum height. Electrical was run to the ridge for a ceiling fan and light installation. And lastly Screen Tight screen systems was used to wrap the entire pavilion in mesh screening as well as maintaining the ability to change the screen if ripped. Screen Tight finishes with a colored vinyl cap making the finished product easy to maintain and age gracefully.
